Eligibility

You must be 13 or older and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for truthful participation and your in-game conduct.

Joining games is free. Creating/hosting games may require paid access, subscriptions, or fees as communicated in the product.

Refund policy

Refunds are not automatic. Requests are reviewed for clear billing errors and any rights required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You must not harass others, cheat, impersonate users, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Moderation and enforcement

Hosts and superadmins may mute, remove, deactivate sessions, and enforce bans to protect fair play and safety.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or terminate access when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or policy violations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Mafia Night is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for downtime, bugs, or service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
