For paid hosting, payment processors may collect billing data directly; card details are not stored on Mafia Night servers.

We use data to run games, preserve gameplay integrity, support reconnects, enforce moderation and anti-abuse controls, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

How data is shared

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate Mafia Night (for example hosting, database, realtime media, and future payment processing providers) and when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Operational game/session history is retained for a limited period, including short-term historical views (such as 24-hour admin history where applicable). Security and abuse records may be retained longer when required for safety or legal compliance.

Cookies and local storage

Mafia Night uses local storage and similar browser mechanisms to remember your locale, room session, and gameplay preferences. Disabling these may affect functionality.

Third-party services

Mafia Night relies on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase, Daily, Railway, Vercel, and future payment processors. Their services are governed by their own privacy terms.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Mafia Night is intended for users aged 13 and older.
